1. Who we are

Reps N Results is an educational fitness tool that provides calorie and protein estimates, beginner gym plans, progress tracking, and a glossary of gym terminology ("Gymtionary"). We are not a medical provider.

2. Not medical advice

The information provided by the Service is for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or fitness advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new diet or exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or are taking medication.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
• Attempt to access, reverse engineer, or disrupt our systems.
• Resell, sublicense, or scrape content from the Service.
• Upload content that is harmful, infringing, or misleading.

5. Free and Pro plans

Some features (including the full Gymtionary library) are available only with a Pro subscription. Pricing, features, and availability may change. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your account.

6. Intellectual property

All content, branding, copy, and software in the Service are owned by Reps N Results or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. User content

You retain ownership of the data you enter (workouts, measurements, notes). You grant us a limited license to store and process this data to operate the Service. We do not sell your personal data.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results from using it will meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reps N Results shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including injury, loss of data, or loss of profits, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your settings.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
